We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• All original tags must still be attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

 

Free Returns

We provide free return shipping within the United States. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at danceflexdallas@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
